Data set description
The RECS data are regularly collected by professional interviewers in a national scale across US. The data are generally on consumption pattern, houshold's demographics and housing unit.
The first RECS was conducted in 1978 and the thirtheenth one in 2009.
For 2009 RECS collecting of data was mainly internet based.The data are provided in Excel tables, microdatafiles and series of reports.
