At the moment the dataset is not publically available. But data mainteners are going to make it accessible via internet in near future. Also a detailed report including sampling information and several graphs can be downloaded from here

Data set description

This dataset is provided by Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC)and the Energy Saving Trust. It contains electricity consumption of 26 homes during one year and 225 homes during one months, across England. Appliances consumption data are also included. each hose holds owned 41 appliances on average.
